Anything you need. We realised that once we find people homes in London they need help settling in and managing their complex & busy lives.

We are a small family run business who are passionate about building long term relationships. We all live in prime central London & have access to anything our clients and customers may need.

Personal assistance services, collecting mail, paying domestic staff, managing utilities, pre-arrival shopping, managing service charges & managing agent enquiries, attending to minor repairs, sorting out access to VIP events, finding the right gym, advising on children activities, assessment for kids and school placements. Nothing is too small or too big for us here at Palace Gate.

We are a team of experts with over 20 years’ experience in the different services we offer. Our team consists of experts in managing property ownership, executive level personal assistants, chartered accountant, experts in education for assessments & placing children in the right schools.

Our business is 90% through recommendations and word of mouth. We can obtain references from existing clients, we are ARLA registered agents and hold professional indemnity insurance to manage properties.

As our thank you we offer anyone who recommends a new client to us 2 hours of Lifestyle services.

Unlike other lifestyle/concierge services we have over 25 years’ experience helping people settle in London from all over the world. We understand the complex laws around property ownership and have lived in Prime central London for over 40 years. We are locals.

Our service costs £1440 including VAT per annum and can be used over a 12-month period and gives you 20 hours of service.

You can get extra hours once the initial hours are finished.

This depends on your needs if you need PA servicesor assessment and school placement for your child we would have someone specific to suite your needs.
