Our property buying service was a natural evolution resulting from acquiring over £100 million pounds worth of prime residential property for investment and owner occupation on behalf of our existing client base.

We have over 3000 clients with approximately 4000 properties that we have been instructed to let since 1989. Our large database of clients was resulted from target specific canvassing of Prime London streets designed to match people with property.

This bespoke approach, together with our intimate knowledge of the lettings and investment market, enables us to keep up to date with the very latest in market intelligence. Our independent, multi-national property searching service has resulted in the majority of our business coming through word of mouth.
